My name is Hayden Henderson. When I’m not traveling, writing music, or playing home chef, I’m a Lead Product Designer with over 13 years of experience turning complex consumer challenges into intuitive, high-impact digital products that drive meaningful business growth.

At the heart of my approach is a deep, root-cause mindset: I dig beneath the surface to truly understand user needs, desires, and the underlying problems worth solving. From there, I zoom out to systems-level thinking—designing delightful products that people genuinely want to engage with, while solving real problems in ways that are especially powerful in the age of AI. I’m equally passionate about the big picture and the smallest details that make experiences feel intuitive and human.

I believe great design is both strategic and empathetic. It simplifies decisions, ethically accelerates acquisition-to-engagement, and delivers real value while making the entire process enjoyable. Whether I’m shaping smart energy ecosystems or reimagining physical-to-digital product experiences, I thrive on blending visionary, future-proof thinking with meticulous craft.

Learning is a constant for me. Most recently, I completed Google’s Project Management Professional Certificate to sharpen cross-functional collaboration and delivery. Every project is an opportunity to challenge assumptions, explore new territory, and push the boundaries of what’s possible.
